1. Accessing Your Survey
Getting Started: You will receive a notification when a survey is assigned to you.
Finding the Task: Log in to your portal and look for the task titled with the name of the survey (e.g., "ESG Disclosure 2025").

2. Providing and Submitting Data
Filling the Form: Answer the questions as requested. Some questions may have "Follow-ups" that only appear based on your previous answers.
Saving Progress: You do not have to finish all at once. Click Save Draft to store your progress and return later.
Finalising: Once all required questions are answered, click Submit. Warning: Once you submit, the survey becomes "Read Only" and you can no longer make changes unless the manager requests a revision.
3. Managing Revision Requests
Notification: If the Survey Manager finds an issue with your data, you will see the task status change to "Needs Review."
Reviewing Feedback: Re-open the survey. Look for comments left by the manager on specific questions.
Resubmitting: Update your answers based on the feedback and click Submit again.
4. Why You Can No Longer Submit
You may find yourself unable to edit or submit a survey for the following reasons:
Already Submitted: You have already clicked Submit and the manager has not sent it back for revision.
Archived: The survey has been archived by the organization and is no longer collecting data.
Undistributed: You were removed from the distribution list by the manager (this can only happen if you haven't submitted yet).
