Sometimes changes to the organisation chart are necessary due to the changes in the organisation. In this article, the steps to make changes to an existing organisation chart are described.
There are two types of changes supported:
changes of properties in bulk across BUs
changes of individual BU properties
Changes of properties in bulk across BUs
3. Then, make changes to the exported file
Note that changes made via this method will only apply to the selected measurement year.
Also, it is possible to add / move / remove BUs from the organisation chart for this measurement year using this method.
Changes of individual BU properties
If "Apply to all years" box is is checked, the provided value will be added to the business unit across all measurement years. If the box is not checked, the value will only be populated for the current measurement year.
