Inviting other users to the platform
Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Settings”.
You will be directed to the “My Profile” page; in the left panel, click "Users".
A list of registered users on the platform will be displayed.
User roles are shown for each user. For further details, refer to User Roles and Permissions.
Toggle to “Invite” to see who have been invited yet not accepted invitations.
The invitation list shows user emails, the date the invitation was created, invitation status, and invitation expiry dates.
To invite users, click the "+Invite" button at the top right corner.
In the pop-up window, enter the new user’s email address and select their role from the dropdown menu.
Alternatively, you can send the invitation link to the user by selecting the three-dot menu next to their name, clicking “Copy invite link,” and pasting the link into an email, chat, or other message sent to the recipient.
The invited user will receive an invitation email. Please refer to login process for further guidance.
Invitation Expiry and Resending Invites
Once an invitation is sent, it must be accepted within seven days; after this period, the invitation link will expire.
Both the invitation creation date and expiry date are displayed for each user.
Administrators can resend expired invitations by selecting the three-dot menu next to the user and clicking “Resend invite.”
