Initial Login Process
Step 1: Accept your invitation
Check your email for the Terrascope platform invitation
Click the invitation link to begin setup
Step 2: Authentication set-up
Option A: Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organisation uses SSO, select "Continue with “Organization name indicated on the invitation email"
Follow your organisation's authentication process
Option B: Password creation
Create a secure password meeting the following requirements:
Minimum 8 characters
Include uppercase and lowercase letters
Include at least one number
Include at least one special character
⚠️Important: After the initial login, the user must continue to use the same authentication method (SSO or password) for all subsequent logins.
Subsequent logins
Navigate to self-serve.terrascope.com
Enter your Organization name (provided by Terrascope, please see the platform invitation email)
Select your authentication method -SSO or,
Provide email address and password
💡 Pro Tip: Bookmark the login page and save your Organization ID for quick access.
🚧Handling login issues
If you encounter problems signing in, review the following common causes and recommended actions:
Incorrect Organization Name
Ensure that you have entered your organization name exactly as shown in your invitation.
Sign-in Method
If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On), you may choose to log in using SSO or by creating a password. However, you must use the same method you selected when logging in for the first time.
Incorrect Password
Select “Forgot Password?” and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
The invitation link may have expired
Please contact the Administrator or the designated Terrascope team to request a new invitation. (Please also see here)
If you have tried all the above steps but still cannot log in, please seek assistance through one of the following options:
