To contact our Support Team, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Terrascope platform.

  2. Click on “Support” in the bottom left of the instance to launch TerraGuide.

  3. Click on “Contact us” to send us messages. Alternatively, you can click on “Messages” from the menu, then click on the “Contact us” button, and follow the instructions to create a support ticket.

  4. Alternatively, you may search for resources within “Help?”

Accessing Terrascope Support Resources

You can explore Terrascope’s support materials through our official support portal at

Some resources may be accessible only after login authentication. If you are unable to view certain articles or sections, please follow these steps:

  1. Click Log In at the top of the support page.

  2. Sign in to any instance via app.terrascope.com

  3. Return to the support portal and refresh the page.

After completing these steps, all relevant support articles should be visible.
