1. File Upload Errors
Issue: File not uploading, or an error message about file size/type.
Solution: Check the file requirements. The system accepts CSV, Excel, or PDF files. The maximum file size is 10MB. Ensure your file meets these criteria. If your file is too large, try to compress it or split it into smaller files if applicable.
Issue: After selecting a file, it doesn't appear in the upload area.
Solution: Try re-selecting the file. If using drag-and-drop, ensure the file is dropped within the designated dotted area. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
