Creating a New Reporting Project

As an Administrator, you can set up new reporting projects within Terrascope. This guide will walk you through the process.

Step 1: Access Project Creation

From the main navigation, go to 'Reporting' > 'Projects' and look for an option to 'Create' a new project.

Step 2: Fill in Project Details

Enter the required information for your new project:

  • Project name: A clear, descriptive name for your reporting effort.

  • Reporting year: Select the year for which this report applies.

  • Industry Sector (SICS): This will be pre-filled based on your organization's SBTi sector, but you can change it if necessary. This helps tailor guidance.

  • Description: Provide a brief overview of the project's purpose.

Step 3: Select Reporting Framework Template

Choose the 'Reporting Framework Template' that aligns with your organization's disclosure requirements (e.g., IFRS S2 Restructured). This template determines the specific sections and questions included in the project.

Step 4: Save and Configure

After filling out the form, there will be a 'Create' or 'Save' button. Click it to finalize the project creation. You may then be directed to a project overview where you can assign users and further configure project settings (user assignment not shown in prototype, but inferred).
